Basic Information on the Enterprise
Jiangsu Yuyi Foundry Co., Ltd. is a privately owned enterprise that began as a small workshop undertaking simple casting jobs, with only five to six workers and rudimentary, homemade equipment. Over more than two decades of steady growth, the company expanded in March 2016 by commissioning a new lost-foam casting production line. The current plant covers an area of 64,000 square meters. Its core products include single- and multi-cylinder diesel engine blocks as well as other high-precision castings. The company now operates over 400 sets of block machining equipment and employs 330 people, including 45 engineering and R&D personnel. The company is organized into five major functional areas: casting, metal machining, sand-core production, shot blasting, and administration.

Enterprise production capacity
The soon-to-be-commissioned lost-foam casting production line will have an annual capacity of 30,000 to 35,000 metric tons of high-precision castings. It boasts proprietary intellectual property rights, employs sophisticated manufacturing processes, features low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact, and delivers significant economic and social benefits.

Development Prospects
The company is a foundry based in Jintan, with an annual output of 30,000 to 35,000 metric tons of high-precision castings. It serves as a director unit of both the Jiangsu Provincial Foundry Association and the Changzhou Foundry Association, and is the production base for single-cylinder diesel engine blocks in Asia. Domestically, its products are sold to 38 manufacturing enterprises across five provinces—Jiangsu, Shandong, Hebei, Sichuan, and Anhui—while internationally they are exported to 12 countries in Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and other regions. In 2018, the company achieved sales of RMB 200 million and total profits and taxes of RMB 24 million.
